Each delivery within the same area is $20 per location. Any other areas will be charged an additional fee based on distance. For example, if most of your hotels are in the French Quarter but one hotel is in Metairie, the French Quarter properties will be $20 per property. The Metairie hotel will be $30.

Due to the safety of our delivery drivers and the security of the boxes being delivered, we do not deliver to AirBNB’s or private residences. All properties must have a front desk or door person to accept delivery 24 hours per day.

The minimum number of boxes per order is 10 and all 10 have to be the same, with the exception of the kid and baby boxes. Kid and Baby boxes can combine with your adult boxes to make the minimum. There is no minimum box count per delivery location. For example, if you have 5 boxes going to one location, 4 going to a second location and 1 going to a third, you’ve reached the minimum number of 10 boxes for delivery. We will deliver those 10 boxes to as many locations as needed.

Currently we offer our Hotel Welcome Gifts Build-a-Box option in New Orleans, DFW and Orlando. Our Buy-a-Box options are restricted to New Orleans for now. If you’d like your boxes delivered to hotels in another city please send us an email to hotelwelcomegifts@gmail.com

Boxes keep their shape better than bags, are easy to stack in a vehicle for delivery, and take up less space in hotel storage areas. They also hold their shape and quality better than the paper gift bags that tend to get wrinkled and smashed before they get to your guests. Boxes are also more secure, as they are sealed and can’t be tampered with between the time they are delivered and the time your guests receive them.
